I love having a user-friendly portal to share with my clients—and it’s more than just a portal. I really appreciate that it keeps all of the information in one place, including emails and texts, for every client.

The pricing of TaxDome wasn’t a deciding factor for us, even though we’re a new, small firm. Still, the ROI was so strong that we’ll be adding more users for next tax season.

I was also impressed that we had zero issues with TaxDome being down during tax season, which was a huge perk. On top of that, our clients had no trouble setting up their accounts, unlike the issues I’ve run into in the past with my tax software portal.
