**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

The best thing about tawkto is that is has an interactive interface, it has not features like automated responses with Knowledge base setup and some AI too. Although the ring of tawkto is quite loud but I believe it is set that way to alert the person of an incoming chat.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

I have been facing issues with tawkto around cache. It has been not loading properly for a while and it tends to get slow in a while. Not sure it is on my end or it is with everyone. Also the UI needs to be updated to look and feel a little modern now. there has not been any UI change in a long time.

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of creating a CTA source to leads to reach out to us on our website.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

We’ve been using tawk.to to handle customer queries. The setup was quick, and being able to monitor visitors and respond in real time has improved both our support and our pre-sales engagement.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

It would be helpful to see the exact entry page or link a visitor used to land on the website. Also, the AI agent could be more powerful if it could learn from external documentation or knowledge bases.

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage customer queries efficiently without adding operational overhead. It centralizes conversations, provides real-time visibility into visitors, and ensures we don’t miss potential leads. This improves both support quality and sales engagement with minimal cost.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

What I like most about Tawk.to is how easy it is to use and how quickly it can be set up. As a user, I didn’t need much training before I could start handling chats confidently. The interface is straightforward, and managing multiple customer conversations at the same time feels smooth and well organized. I also appreciate that it’s a free tool while still offering solid features such as chat history, visitor monitoring, and basic reporting. Overall, it’s especially useful for real-time customer engagement and for resolving issues quickly as they come up.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

While Tawk.to works well for basic live chat needs, it does come with a few limitations. The customization options feel somewhat limited compared to more advanced or paid tools, so it can be harder to tailor the chat experience exactly the way you want. The reporting and analytics are also fairly basic, which may be restrictive if you’re looking for deeper insights into chat performance and trends. Occasionally, I’ve noticed notification delays during periods of high traffic, though it isn’t a frequent issue overall.

Tawk.to helps solve the challenge of providing instant customer support through live chat. Before using it, responding to customer queries relied heavily on email, which slowed down communication and made it harder to keep conversations moving. With Tawk.to, customers can reach us immediately, and we can address questions or issues in real time as they come in. This has improved response times, increased customer satisfaction, and made support feel more accessible overall. For me as a user, it has made handling customer interactions faster, more organized, and much more efficient.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

tawk.to is  completely free, easy to use for beginner also and the features like real time monitoring, customization options, multiple agents options, in the Add-ons have special feature AI Assistant, hire live Agents, Virtual Assistant service and more.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

Page views option, I think the give wrong information because I use Google analytics and in the Google analytics Page views report are to much different.

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem is in notification option because I use takw.to in multiple site and I install tawk.to in mobile and I need to stop notification from my IP address, there is no potion to block the IP address, because I am the developer and I visit my site to many time and they give notification so I think tawk.to provide IP Address blocking option also. In this time I am create custom tawk.to script to block the notification form my IP address but if tawk.to provide itself so every one using this feature.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

I like that tawk.to is very easy to use and doesn't feel complicated. The real-time chat feature is really helpful for talking with website visitors, and it has a clean dashboard which makes managing chats easier. The real-time chat helps us connect with website visitors instantly, making support much faster. The dashboard also keeps all chats in one place, so it's easier for teams to manage conversations. The initial setup was quite easy and didn't take much time. We just added the chat widget code to the website, and it started working.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

Overall it works well but sometimes the dashboard feels a little cluttered when many chats are active, and some settings are not very easy to find in the menu. One thing that could be improved is the mobile app because sometimes it feels a bit slow. Also, notifications could be more consistent at times.

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tawk.to solved delayed response issues by enabling real-time chat with website visitors, making support faster. It's easy to use, with a clean dashboard that simplifies managing conversations, which enhances team efficiency.

The UI design feels very basic right now and could use improvement, especially in terms of overall polish and usability.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

It is super easy to use and setup, along with having many features most of them being free.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

I have had minimal issues with Tawk.to, probably the only things I would address is that you need to upload the knowledge base articles one at a time which is time consuming and the fact that the chat widgets stands in front of Wix pages making some links unclickable if they are behind.

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tawk.to is currently my main source of selfhelp for customers.
