The best thing about tawkto is that is has an interactive interface, it has not features like automated responses with Knowledge base setup and some AI too. Although the ring of tawkto is quite loud but I believe it is set that way to alert the person of an incoming chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been facing issues with tawkto around cache. It has been not loading properly for a while and it tends to get slow in a while. Not sure it is on my end or it is with everyone. Also the UI needs to be updated to look and feel a little modern now. there has not been any UI change in a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
