"Streamlines Loan Management, But Setup Can Be Tricky"

What do you like best about TaskSuite?

I like that the collections feature in TaskSuite is really good and sort of 'set and forget.' Once I got to know the system, I found it helpful that I can complete deals with just a handful of clicks. It's great that we can automatically debit every merchant in our portfolio weekly, which saves us from doing it manually. This automation is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TaskSuite?

It took a lot longer to get the system implemented than I would have liked. And, yeah, can just be a bit clunky in that way. We've been working on integrations, and I think that's been a bit of a challenge, like, what they integrate with. The initial setup was pretty challenging and not particularly easy; it took a bit longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TaskSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use TaskSuite to manage our merchant cash advance lending end to end. It's a loan management system, helping us originate, track, and collect deals automatically, saving us from manual work.
