  ### 1. Efficient CRM with Room for Enhancements

**What do you like best about TaskSuite?**

I think TaskSuite is not a complex system from the user point. This is important for our campaign with the South African government, as we tend to hire employees who are new to the market and the working world. The system is much easier to use compared to other traditional historical CRM systems we have. It's also important that TaskSuite has a lot of functionality, especially from a management reporting perspective, which we can use to create insights and reports for our clients. Additionally, I've been using the system since 2021, and so far, it's been working very well, including the relationship with the task flow team. The initial setup was very easy, as it's a very easily accessible system via URL. Once we train the team on how to use it, they are able to use TaskSuite perfectly within a day. So, it's a very easy CRM tool to use.

**What do you dislike about TaskSuite?**

At times, we tend to have a lot of offline situations where the system is not available for a certain time, whether it's like five minutes or ten minutes, and that can create service interruptions. Another issue is user administration, especially relating to passwords, where enabling a functionality for passwords to expire every month after thirty days might be beneficial for our agents to refresh their passwords. Lastly, there's the matter of restricting certain API addresses, which can be challenging since we have regional staff across the country. However, if we could get the scheduling module to work on TaskSuite, it would help us schedule staff breaks and lunches more effectively.

**What problems is TaskSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TaskSuite to manage our contact center's CRM functions, enabling effective client servicing and offering next day and real-time reporting. It supports voice calls and emails, and allows escalation levels, enhancing my team's management capabilities.

**What do you like best about TaskSuite?**

I like that the collections feature in TaskSuite is really good and sort of 'set and forget.' Once I got to know the system, I found it helpful that I can complete deals with just a handful of clicks. It's great that we can automatically debit every merchant in our portfolio weekly, which saves us from doing it manually. This automation is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about TaskSuite?**

It took a lot longer to get the system implemented than I would have liked. And, yeah, can just be a bit clunky in that way. We've been working on integrations, and I think that's been a bit of a challenge, like, what they integrate with. The initial setup was pretty challenging and not particularly easy; it took a bit longer than expected.

**What problems is TaskSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use TaskSuite to manage our merchant cash advance lending end to end. It's a loan management system, helping us originate, track, and collect deals automatically, saving us from manual work. Once you're familiar with it, handling deals becomes easy with just a few clicks.

**What do you like best about TaskSuite?**

What I like most about TaskSuite is its flexibility. It allows us to easily add new features and make adjustments based on our evolving business needs.

**What do you dislike about TaskSuite?**

There isn’t anything major we dislike; however, as with any system, there are occasional delays when implementing new enhancements.

**What problems is TaskSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TaskSuite is solving the challenge of managing and tracking loans efficiently within one centralized system. It helps streamline our processes, improve data accuracy, and reduce manual work. The flexibility to customize features allows us to adapt the system to our specific business needs, which improves overall productivity. Additionally, their quick response to issues minimizes downtime and ensures smooth operations.

**What do you like best about TaskSuite?**

I like TaskSuite's easy-to-use interface and navigation, which makes work simpler for me. The agent report dashboard is another feature I appreciate, especially with the ability to download any data I need from their dashboards. The initial setup was also very easy, and the TaskSuite team was there to assist, which made it a smooth process.

**What do you dislike about TaskSuite?**

Nothing

**What problems is TaskSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TaskSuite improves reporting, enhances agent productivity and stats, and offers an easy-to-use interface. Its agent report dashboard and data download capabilities are particularly valuable.

**What do you like best about TaskSuite?**

Out of the box the software will get your sales, support, marketing, and social media team up and running in no time at all.

Tasksuite can help groups avoid common pitfalls or problems.

The team is extremely responsive and receptive to ideas and suggestions.

Only software company that I've interacted with that truly lets you customize your solution.

**What do you dislike about TaskSuite?**

In depth reports can be a bit overwhelming to initially setup on your own. But Tasksuite's account managers and engineers are able and more than willing to assist.

If you have experience with Gooddata, treasuredata,  Looker, or Tableau, you'll likely be able to build your own reports without much/any assistance from Tasksuite's team.

**What problems is TaskSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're an outsourcing center and needed a solution that allows employees to work on multiple clients/projects at once. Sometimes taking a call for client A and than immediately getting a call for client B after the first call ends.

The system keeps all information and data stored in a way that allows me to measure success across all clients/projects without having to manually combine data sets.

The screen pops also give our reps significantly more information before even accept the next call. Previous and existing tickets, marketing materials, sales calls, etc. the entire customer journey is centrally located.

**What do you like best about TaskSuite?**

Personalized service when it comes to rectifying issues. Being able to customize fields needed to be streamlined with our business.

**What do you dislike about TaskSuite?**

With any CRM there are functional issues at times and we are still working with some ease of use in the functionality, but the team has been great as we navigate our future and how to make our experience with TaskSuite CRM most efficient.

**What problems is TaskSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With TaskSuite we are able to have all of our systemic needs in one program. It is a one-stop resource for all facets of our business from loan origination to CRM follow-ups and servicing.

**What do you like best about TaskSuite?**

The customizability of the platform is the best part of the TaskSuite CRM. It's an incredible CRM using the standard configuration however it shows its power when configuring it to match your business processes.

**What do you dislike about TaskSuite?**

My only complaint would be around the reporting and it's not even that bad.

**What problems is TaskSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Tasksuite as both our CRM and Loan Management platform. The Loan Management module has helped us to customize our Loan Product offering depending on client, vertical or customer promotional pricing. It's allows us to target our offerings to ensure we are exceeding our clients and their customers expectations.
