What do you like best about Tasks in a Box?

Assigning tasks is a cool feature. The tool syncs with calendars which pulls in scheduled and recurring meetings. The tool allows for creating templates or just working from a blank slate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tasks in a Box?

So far, it's really about taking the time to learn all the functionality. I don't think I am maximizing the tool, which will take some time and a deliberate effort to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tasks in a Box:

If you have to pay extra for it, you may want to explore options. It could be the best option for you/your team, but we use it because it was included in our Office 365 package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tasks in a Box solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creating accountability for action items, a documented history of what was discussed/agreed upon, continuity from one meeting to another, and using a tool that is included with our Office 365 suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
