Good UI and good team. Team is available as and when required during weekday

The only point is the analytics part because the reporting is not as per our process requirement which needs immediate attention and support. Also weekend support  required to ensure any error is immediately taken care keeping customer satisfaction on priority.

The errors coming like ticket not raised , del not passed correctly, bot is giving incorrect answer...these issues are getting resolved and benefiting us in satisfying the customers

I love how supportive and responsive the team members are. The chatbots are not difficult to build once you have an idea of what you are doing, and this so based on the backend work Tars has completed. Also, they are flexible to the clients' requests

I didnt 'dislike' anything about Tars, only that we would have loved to have a reporting component based on our requirements, but they didnt have this out the box

We want to give our valued customers multiple accesses to us especially by way of channels with which they are familiar and that will provide them with quick responses. Tars has provided the Chatbot service which has helped in this regard.

One of the biggest qualities of TARS is their ability to truly understand their clients' needs. They took the time to thoroughly assess our requirements, offering valuable insights and recommendations that we hadn't even considered. Up until now, our collaboration has been exceptionally smooth. The team was consistently willing to assist, and their open-minded approach and receptiveness to feedback have made it hard to identify any drawbacks in our cooperation.

TARS was not satisfied with just delivering a functional product; they were dedicated to delivering the best possible solution. They maintained open and transparent lines of communication throughout the project, ensuring that we were always kept in the loop. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly, and they were proactive in providing updates on project progress. This level of professionalism and responsiveness is truly amazing.

The ChatBot doesn’t have a machine learning mechanic, if it comes across something it doesn’t understand it tells the customer to rephrase it.

I like the flexibility of the Tars chatbot design tool. I've been using the Tars platform for a long time to create chatbots for my clients for their landing pages and  Lead
generation.  Srikanth & Arjun at Tars has always supported me in completing my projects & client's requirements on time. I've always been learning something new while working with them. They are amazingly supportive and guide me to complete my projects on time.

Nothing, to be honest, not dislike, but sometimes I face difficulties analyzing the backend data. Not a big concern, but I'm looking forward that the Tars product team definitely  bring new features to easily analyze backend data.

**What do you like best about TARS?**

I love the flexibility of the TARS chatbot design tool. The ability to drop in a new gambit and easily de-link and re-link gambits before and after it saves HOURS of time lost if I had to regenerate from scratch.

The ability to customize is there, but I find it a bit clunky and confusing to use. But there's a whole world of templates that have been developed since I started using TARS that I really need to revisit.

TARS stands out for its flexibility, consistent performance, and outstanding support.

**What problems is TARS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using TARS for lead gen in place of traditional contact forms has been a game-changer. Inquiry rates are much higher. I ran A/B comparisons for a while, and the TARS chatbot converted more than 3x more frequently than the form (at which point I stopped running the A/B test, because I couldn't help thinking about the missed opportunities from people who were presented with the traditional form).

**What do you like best about TARS?**

TARS is an essential tool within our lead gen strategy. I started to use it a couple years ago, and the platformy evolved focused in results, you can integrate your Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel and AdWords conversion tag  to track results and measure your campaign.

You can also integrate with Zapier, so that will open a lot of possibilities.

Compare with static landing pages, we have seen an increase on conversions and more engagement. 

Other thing I like with TARS is that the bot look like a bot, and not s simulated human, this may look counterintuitive, but users don't like to talk with someone and discover later that is not a human.



**What do you dislike about TARS?**

I think the backend looks a little outdated. I would like to see all the stats for all bots under one panel, with all the data, like conversions, number of users and other, but, the way is designed now, it will not make things harder, it work just fine.

If you need a tool to improve your PPC, try TARS, it works great and is very easy to implement.

We are trying to increase our conversion rates for lead gen campaigns. Tars help us to automate the campaigns and also talk with clients within our own website, the system just works!

The best part of tars is that, we can integrate it with CRM and use api keys for property call. And it easy to schedule WhatsApp campaign it defined way with media support

Tars platform is very flexible, so you can do pretty much any flux you desire. Also integrates with any third party through APIs with a very simple and easy-to-use interface. Also tars team is great! Always at disposal and brings suggestions and solutions for any issue encountered during the process of building the chatbot.

There is a few features that will be nice to have and are not available right now. But they are very open to including client requests into their backlog. I believe that is it.

Our problem is that our users don´t know how to properly open a ticket to request for help to our support team. Our goal is to reduce interactions between clients and our support team with tars chatbot.

If you are looking for a modular platform which requires one time setup from backend and you can change, alter, append the flow, TARS should be your go to chat tool. 
Lucid interface, responsive team (very important) and more lastly, expeditious Go to Market time for the product are some real cool considerations for chatbot and TARS does this very well

We are automating our medical chats pertaining to female menstrual health. Todays TARSBOT caters to 80% of our chat volumes which would require a Doctor

The customer support that was provided by Mr. Rwitam Dutta was the best thing. He attended to all our queries and helped and guided us to solutions. Thank you very much Mr. Rwitam. Also, the timely updates that were released were of much use. The Rich Media campaign update which was released helped boost our business a lot. The scheduling feature was also of great use. We don't think there is any downside to TARS and there's nothing that we disliked. All our queries were attended to, timely updates were given and we feel there's nothing that we disliked in the entire journey.

There were challenges to making the service process streamline & following up on leads was difficult, with TARS ChatBot, everything was perfect. The automated ChatBot helped the staff to explore other options to improve service as most of their heavy work was taken care of by the TARS ChatBot.

I have tried many other chatbot builders but TARS seems to be very easy to use with a lot of useful features. They provide a huge variety of chatbot templates too, to begin with, which makes it even easier to start building your custom chatbot.

It saves me time. Seriously, without the Tars Chatbot i would spend 50% of my time answering queries that can be easily automated. Potential customers get their questions answered in double quick time because they are not waiting in line or they have to wait for the answer by email.

**What do you like best about TARS?**

If you are building chatbots you cannot go wrong with TARS. 
I have been with this company since their beginning. Seen how they have grown. I have tested a lot of BOTS but this one is still the best out there.

We use Whatsapp a lot for our business. And what I like best is that I can have 1 chatbot for website and for my Whatsapp.

I especially appreciate their support team as well. Whenever I am stuck, they quickly reply to my questions.

**What do you dislike about TARS?**

There is a learning curve to use the chatbot, but its not too different from the rest. I can see TARS trying to make up for this by creating a lot of contents to help their users.

**What problems is TARS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have created a lot of Chatbots. A few significant examples are for registrations, for a voting system, for a lucky draw system, a system to generate blockchain certificates. Its so flexible to use.

For a novice to chatbots, TARS did the heavy lifting on the creation of our bot.  They offer creative suggestions of how to drive growth using their bots.

The bot development learning curve can take a while for a novice but doesn't really impact the creation as they provide great support on the front-end to get you started.

As of now there are very few limitations, but as and when those features are highlighted. Tars team works on the same to get them implemented in the next update.

Was never able to connect Google Analytics to TARS which has been frustrating. Support has been generally pretty poor. Takes days to hear a response.

**What do you like best about TARS?**

It's fairly easy to set up. In that regard, the builder is similar to other chatbot builders. It's a simple flowchart-like builder, which is intuitive for even the most novice of users.

**What do you dislike about TARS?**

The customer support is VERY irresponsive. In my role as marketing manager at an SME in the US, I make use of a lot of SaaS, but I think I've never experienced such an irresponsive customer support. I've used Tars for about a year now, and have tried to contact customer support several times, but I've yet to receive a response on the about 95% of the inquiries, even though all my inquiries have been read in Intercom. The only quick responses I've received were from their sales team. In contrast, I've found the customer support of other chatbot SaaS very responsive (i.e. MobileMonkey, Landbot and others).  I never leave reviews, but I've created an account just to write this one, in the hopes it will prevent others of making the same mistake. 

The UI is very clunky, and outdated. If you plan on creating a relatively large chatbot (500+ components, or 'gambits' as they call them), things become very slow. I've tried to use Tars on several brand new desktops with a solid fiber-optic internet connection, but it seems very slow on all machines. E.g. it takes about 15+ seconds to connect one gambit to another.

The actual chatbot looks very unpolished and outdated as well. E.g. there's not a lot of room to customize the look of your chatbot outside of picking colors. Icons aren't aligned when used in buttons, and you're limited to the ones they have supplied, as you cannot upload your own. 

The chatbot options are very limited compared to other chatbots. For instance, it's not possible to send broadcasts and sequences to your users. Omnichannel-wise Tars is very limited as well, as a widget on your website and WhatsApp seem to be your only options. If you're planning to hook it up to Facebook and Telegram, don't choose Tars.

**Recommendations to others considering TARS:**

There are a lot of other chatbot platforms on the market which are far superior to Tars. Tars is very overpriced, yet they underdeliver on all fronts.

We were looking at several chatbot options to both reduce the amount of customer support tickets as well as looking for opportunities to increase sales.

Edit: to respond to the founder, no, the company had a regular account. But for some reason, it's not surprising that you're treating your early adopters like second-class citizens after gaining traction.
