What do you like best about TARS?

I appreciate their administration tools available to build conversational solutions, they are at the time capable to deliver powerful flexible solutions and simple to use.

Hundreds of templates are available for anyone to speed up development of a nice useful chatbot.

What do you dislike about TARS?

Use to be the fact they did not have a native option to derive flow to a human agent, but it has changed now with their integration with Zendesk.

I would say they need to continue developing their platform to provide other channels besides web and WA, and also rethink their game on WA in order to be more competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TARS:

At the moment TARS excels in web based chatbots, and as extension in chatbots for WA channel. Their team is always willing to help and support, their platform is very easy to use and they have a lot of templates and implementation examples that anyone can use to start their own chatbot.

What problems is TARS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am at my first project but with some opportunities in the pipeline, for now the subject is automation of client support in WhatsApp.

Direct support from a TARS representative as well as tons of examples and templates has really helped.

What do you like best about TARS?

The only point is the analytics part because the reporting is not as per our process requirement which needs immediate attention and support.
