What do you like best about TargetX?

Support and robust back end that will be extensible to other processes. Everyone is given an implementation consultant to help initial stages. All have been very out of the box thinkers. I bring up issues and I get responses from, sometimes, the highest level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TargetX?

Inflexibility with accessing different Saleseforce Objects in modules or different applications within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TargetX:

There are always trade offs when going with an off the shelf software between customization and generlizablity. The trade off has been very worth the decrease in specific, tailor-made solutions for the scalability, supportablity and repeatability within TargetX. What problems is TargetX solving and how is that benefiting you?
