What problems is Tap My Back solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major problem that Tap my Back addresses is the need for fast feedback, many times on demand. Tap my back's agility allows us to tap someone even on the go, which is great and makes it hard for us to make an excuse for not giving feedback to a peer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
