On the compensator's end, it's very easy to navigate the Tango interface and send gift cards instantly. Gift cards are an easy way to do that, but can be a pain to administer online. In the past we've done Amazon cards, which limits people to only buying things they can find on Amazon. The customer service is efficient! Professionally: I have worked with Kasia Weldon to get our company set up. It was ready really quickly, and there was NO COST TO USE THE PROGRAM! NO more going to all the stores, counting cards, and time wasted! Personally:I have called for a question about one of my gift cards from 2018 and it was still able to be used six years later! Tango is a wonderful way to incentivize, reward, and compensate. It also gave me the peace of mind knowing I can get the gifts delivered on the spot and that I will save the trip going to stores or purchasing online from multiple places. It also helped me in a big project for my client, was easy to implement and my account manager helped me a lot implementing it. We now use it for clients/employees gifts on holidays every time. **What do you dislike about Tango?** The 3% fee we pay when using creidt cards is a little drawback.
