Had someone not helped me from the beginning, I would have struggled to make it happen. We realized one day when we overheard someone telling another participant that he wished it wasn't an Amazon gift card, because "What was he going to do with that?" and we had an AHA! moment that giving everyone Amazon gift cards, while easy, was not exactly equitable since not everyone shops there. I had just recently used Tango Card from a study my son had done and LOVED how he was able to split his amount into 2 different stores to get the items he wanted with it. We switched a few weeks later and have not looked back! We love seeing what people spend their cards on and it makes our hearts happy to see that people redeem it from EVERYWHERE!!! We have some that get grocery cards, others redeem to the movie theather, and tons pick their favorite restaurant (or the one the frequent most nearby their place of work). Unable to pay with a credit card if I needed an instant reward. I would also like to know if there is a way to ensure that recipients have received their reward and/or cashed it in. I know this can be done if you click on each transaction. Rather than offering physical Visa or MC gift cards and having to pay for the fees, I can brand a message of "thanks" or appreciation and quickly send it off to our recipients. As an administrator, I have watched Tango grow and take customer feedback to make the system better. As a user in my org, I have always loved the options given to me to redeem my gifts...and it's always a very simple process to get the funds! **What do you dislike about Tango?** Probably the only thing I 'dislike' is actually a safety feature that in all reality...I do kinda like. It will only send the gift card to the original email address the Tango email was sent to from the gifter! So you can't just randomly get use someone else's gift card unless you are in the actual account. **What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?** We no longer have to 'figure out' what to get everyone...because it fits EVERYONE! Before I knew about the existing account, I tried to get a new account set up on my own.
