"Tango’s Chrome Extension Makes Knowledge Transfer Fast and Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tango?

The best thing about Tango is its easy-to-use Chrome extension, which makes knowledge transfer (KT) with colleagues and clients much easier. We don’t need to schedule a meeting or check everyone’s availability; we can simply record the process, share it with the team, and they can watch it whenever they have time.

Tango also supports audio, and the free plan is helpful for getting started. The UI is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It saves a lot of time and effort when creating user manuals, training documents, and step-by-step guides. Another feature I find useful is being able to edit the recording after it’s completed, which makes it easier to fix mistakes or update the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

I haven’t run into any major drawbacks with Tango so far. That said, in some cases the recorded steps don’t fully capture the context—especially for more complex workflows—so a bit of extra explanation or follow-up communication may still be necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
