Tango gives me more options for better demonstration practice. I can export it as a PDF, or use my Tango as a live, interactive guide. It is easy to access and integrates well with other platforms. I have also found it easy to use once I understood how it worked. It can take over 30 steps demonstration and its such a good way to show clients a demonstration. I've also found the speed great, no hangings or delays. The AI feature to help with descriptions, it can also auto blur Personal Identity details. So far, I have not needed any support, but there's always tips to help or suggestions on how to review a Tango guide.
