What do you like best about Tango?

What I Like (Pros):

The Chrome extension works quietly in the background and accurately logs click paths without interrupting what you are doing.

The automatic sensitive data blurring tool works very well, saving us from having to manually mask confidential details in image editors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

What I Dislike / Room for Improvement (Cons):

If a website uses non-standard drop-downs or dynamic pop-up menus, Tango occasionally misses the intermediate click or places the focus box on the wrong element.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Problem It Solves:

Writing internal documentation, training manuals, and process guides used to take hours. We had to manually capture dozens of screenshots, crop them, blur out customer data, and write out every single click by hand, which made keeping documentation up to date a headache.

How We Are Using It:

We turn Tango on while performing standard workflows in our CRM, billing systems, and portal dashboards. It automatically captures the clicks, generates screenshots with highlight boxes, and types out the action steps so we can immediately share step-by-step guides with new hires and cross-functional teams.
