What do you like best about Tango?

What I like most is how easily it turns my daily work processes into clear, step-by-step guides with screenshots, without me having to build everything manually. The simple UI, automatic workflow capture, and straightforward sharing make documentation, employee onboarding, and team training much faster and easier. I also appreciate being able to edit the guides, hide sensitive information, and integrate them into my existing workflows. Overall, it saves me time and effort, which makes it a good value for money. That said, some more complex workflows still require manual editing, and I’d like to see more customization options. What do you dislike about Tango?

Some guides still need manual editing to look truly polished, especially when the workflow is complex. The customization options also feel a bit limited, and it doesn’t always capture every step perfectly across all applications. On top of that, some of the more advanced features may feel expensive for smaller teams. What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

I often run into the problem of having to create time-consuming process documentation and explain the same tasks repeatedly to team members. I use it to automatically capture my workflows and turn them into clear, step-by-step guides with screenshots, which makes the instructions much easier for others to follow.
