"Easy Gift Card Purchasing and Distribution with Plenty of Options"

What do you like best about Tango?

I like how easy it is to purchase and distribute gift cards through Blackhawk Network. We use the platform for employee incentives and rewards, and I appreciate the variety of gift card options available. What do you dislike about Tango?

The biggest downside for me is that the branding can be a little confusing. We use Blackhawk Network/Hawk Marketplace for our gift card purchases, so I wasn't actually familiar with the Tango name. It wasn't immediately clear to me that Tango was connected to the platform we already use. Other than that, our experience purchasing gift cards has been pretty straightforward. What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

We really haven't experienced many problems, which has been a benefit in itself. If anything does come up, our rep, John Gross, has always been very responsive and quick to help us resolve it.
