What do you like best about Tango?

The most helpful thing about using Tango is that I can seamlessly upload a spreadsheet with names and addresses and have that information ready whenever I need to pull a report. It saves me from having to add each person one by one and makes the whole process much easier. The value is significant to us because we have been able to scale our gift card operations significantly since using BHN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

One downside, in my opinion, is that you can’t cancel a gift card if a patient says they didn’t receive it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the challenge of sending gift cards to a large group of people. Before using Tango, we were having issues with tracking who received a gift card because all of this was done through a spreadsheet. After implantation, we are now able to track each person that received a gift card, how many they have received, and the turnaround time on everything has changed exponentially. It sometimes would take us months to fill our backlog of patients and now the turnaround time is daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
