What do you like best about Tango?

I love that I can capture processes easily from my dekstop or a browser. Also, it is so helpful that additional steps can be added later, in case I miss a step or need to provide additional detail when finalizing my Tango! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tango?

Tango is absolutely wonderful for making SOPs and documenting processes in an easy to digest manner! One feature that would be nice to add to Tango is the ability to manually create multi-action steps that may have and A, B, or C compnent (do this, then this, then this). For small sub actions like this such as clicking through different options on a screen or in a menu, they don't need to clutter the Tango with their own standalone steps and would be nice to embed within a single step. What problems is Tango solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tango is increasing the capacity of our small team by making it easy for us to document our SOPs and standardize how we work. This means that we have been able to spend less time in meetings tied to training and lean on Tango to do an excellent job of serving as a training resource to easily communicate complex processes. We love the screenshot functionality that makes embedding visual aids into our Tangos with ease and the Guide Me feautre that will automatically walk you through a Tango's steps. What is also nice is that we can update the tango at any point with ease, in case any changes to our SOPs and processes happen, which make our instructional documents much more relevant.
