Tandem HR has helped with the entire HR process and streamlined the function of an HR employee from our computers. Whether it is for tax purposes, time off requests, or anything in between, the Tandem team is more than able to answer any and all questions in the most timely manner. What do you like best about Tandem HR?

The best feature is their quickness to respond. Each live agent essentially operates as your own personal HR rep and helps to solve your issues in the quickest ways possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tandem HR?

The only flaw is that if there are ever arrangements that are agreed upon in the office, Tandem does not always acknowledge them. The only flaw of having an HR rep outside of the office is that they must configure to the guidelines and contracts that they are sent. In cases where there are alternate agreements or negotiations, Tandem does not factor those in unless instructed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Tandem HR:
