What do you like best about Talos Perform?

I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate the admin function in Appraisd. It helps me significantly enhance support for our customers. The platform also provides excellent notifications, reminding me of ongoing reviews. Additionally, it’s great for tracking and logging completed work, uploads, and actions, which helps in meeting targets. What problems is Talos Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Appraisd has been a valuable tool in identifying areas where staff may need additional support to meet set objectives. In my HR role, it helps me support managers with pinpointing employees who may be at risk of not meeting their probation or bonus targets. This visibility allows me to provide timely encouragement and support to ensure they stay on track.
