What do you like best about Talkie.ai?

Cooperation with the Talkie.ai team is at the highest level. They are primarily open to ideas and customer needs and maintain good relations with clients. The company provided us with comprehensive training in the use of the new tool, and frequent meetings prepared us to update the knowledge of the bot base on our own. What problems is Talkie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

By using this tool we are relieving the hotline employees from repetitive topics. Our robot is emotionless, does not get sick, and does not take holidays. It shortens the waiting time for a connection by redirecting the client directly to the right consultant. An additional advantage of the voicebot is providing information about the benefits payment dates. At the beginning of the voicebot implementation, we noticed that our clients reacted differently to the contact with the robot, but after some time we observed that the length of the client's conversations with the robot was significantly shortened.
