What problems is Talkie.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used the Talkie.ai platform to handle status calls on our hotlines. As a result, we have achieved:<br>- standardize communication about the stages of the service;<br>- transfer approximately 70% of the CS team's status calls from to VoiceBOT, allowing our CS team to deal with more complex questions from our customers.
