"Powerful AI Chatbots, Excellent Support, and Room to Grow"

What do you like best about Talkative?

We use Talkative as our chatbot provider, and we're hugely impressed by the product. It has helped us improve our service with an AI-based chatbot that answers a wider range of queries through natural conversation, instead of making customers click through options, and the user experience has improved greatly. The LLM covers a massive range of enquiries across our three separate business areas, identifies which area a customer is discussing, and switches between them in the same chat. Separate tools and knowledge bases support the one chatbot. We also have a fantastic relationship with our contacts at Talkative. They’re friendly and understanding, and the team looking after our account has provided excellent support.
