What problems is Talisma Chat & Cobrowse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before, if I had an issue on a website, I needed to explain everything in a long message. Now, the agent can see my screen and guide me easily. It benefits me because I get fast answers and don't need to type so much. Also, it helps me understand better because the agent shows steps instead of just telling.
