"Ease of Use and Powerful AI Make Talin a Recruiter's Dream"

What do you like best about Talin?

I like Talin because it's very easy to use and truly helps us find exceptional candidates by ranking them and filtering out those who don't fit our parameters, making our life a lot easier. The AI feature is particularly nice for sending out emails, giving a solid starting point to connect with people on LinkedIn, and allowing for easy adjustments. I appreciate being able to have all candidate information like emails and phone numbers in one place and the ability to connect Talin to our CRM, which is extremely valuable for recruiting firms. The setup was easy, and the support team was very helpful, answering questions and providing demos to help understand the system. Also, Julian, the founder, really understands the marketplace, and knowing that if there's a problem, they are right on top to help is reassuring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talin?

I don't really have any aspects that necessarily could be improved. I think in a perfect world, I would like Talin to have its own built-in CRM so you don't have to connect anything else. An all-in-one feature for us would be extremely valuable. The other thing is if I'd ever improve anything, it is to not have to send a separate document to get the required information. What problems is Talin solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talin saves me time by eliminating manual data entry, provides LinkedIn data insights, and gives access to emails and phone numbers. It simplifies candidate sourcing, ranks candidates, and helps connect with quality candidates through its AI email feature. Integrating with CRM adds value for recruiting firms.
