What do you like best about Talewind?

Document template creation process is very easy. It was easy to implement and the user experience has been very positive after receiving Talewind training. Customer Support is outstanding - very responsive and on-point in making changes or answering questions. Good integration with Salesforce. We also now have an excellent repository content for RFP / RFI responses. The Showroom concept for document creation and sharing with customers is different but has some excellent functionality once it's understood by all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talewind?

We primarily use Talewind to create Proposal / Statements of Work. The biggest challenge we've experienced is using the e-Sign feature to share the document with a customer. Proposed changes to a document have to be highlighted and then commented, versus traditional MS Word editing with track changes on, or "redlining" a PDF document. If a client expresses concern about this feature we simply export the Talewind document as a Word or PDF and send via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talewind solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consistent proposal content and professional document appearance. RFP responses using the database. Able to easily monitor and assist users with their document creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
