What do you dislike about TalentRecruit?

What I dislike about TalentRecruit is that some advanced customizations and integrations can be limited. Certain workflows or reports require workarounds instead of being fully configurable. Additionally, the user interface can feel slightly less intuitive in some modules, and performance may slow down when handling a high volume of candidates.
