For the price point it was disappointing that API access wasn't included. That limited our ability to automate or extend the platform, and it felt like we were overpaying for something that didn’t scale with our needs. I know API access was available at a higher tier, but at that level of spend, it felt like it should’ve been included. In the end, we didn’t end up needing the integration, so you actually saved me from building something unnecessary—but I’m sharing the feedback in case it’s helpful.
