**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

Course creation tools are intuitive, system has most of the capabilities of other best-in-class LMS platforms including automation, group course assignments, SSO, ILT scheduling, certifications, and badging, and the price is right.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

Not entirely fit for on-the-go learning for field teams. Does not integrate with third part content providers (other than course marketplace).

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single platform for employee learning, allowing ease of tracking progress for learner and manager. Helps load learning path for new employees by employee groups.

I love the ease of use, and ability to access information real time across the platform to include analytics on students attendance and grades

That the automated function does not have affordability for small businesses

I have solved issues as to how not to set someone up prior or you could lose money. I learned to allow people to access the platform through the course and they automatically become set up as a user. Learning curve

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

The intuitive interface and prompt customer service, combined with the SCORM capabilities make Talent LMS a robust solution for delivering our e-Courses online. I have worked with several different Wordpress based LMS themes in the past, and Talent LMS is a welcome improvement. I appreciate the white label professional and modern style and appearance that matches our branding. Also, via Zapier, many applications such as Mailchimp and Acuity scheduling can be integrated within minutes.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

Customizing the homepage beyond a graphic and menu requires some coding, and the SSL certificate, which is necessary if you do not want your visitors to receive a privacy error message, is only available with the paid plans.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talent LMS provides a simple-to-use platform to post and sell our course content. This allows us to focus on providing quality courses to customers without spending time and money keeping up with the delivery infrastructure.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

TalentLMS is user friendly, easy to use, easy to set-up and has everything that an education centre requires thought out.

Categories and sub-categories allow us to organise our courses and sub-courses more effectively.

We are an education centre with multiple locations, and the branches/groups function seems like it is exactly designed for us.

We like the gamification process as we feels that it adds an element of competition between our students and gets them hyped up for lessons and rewards.

The fact that it is white-label too gives a very positive customer experience for the parents and students that trust us. To them they think we have put in the massive effort to code and build a robust Learning Management System but in reality it is TalentLMS that is supporting us.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

I do not dislike much about TalentLMS. If there was one thing I would dislike, it would be that we cannot let the access to a course "expire" in a certain amount of time for a certain user.

On the overall there is little to dislike about TalentLMS.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

I would recommend other learning centres to use TalentLMS as it essentially replaces:

1) the developmental work of software

2) the maintenance work and presence of a tech team

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the issues of offering and charging for our digital content as TalentLMS allows us to offer both paid and free courses.

We have also solved communication pains between our educators and parents through the "send message" and inbox function.

We also use the gamification features alongside offline use-cases, offering the chance to redeem "goodies" for our children.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

Ease of use and lets you be creative with the courses you create. It also has a great library of files, power points, etc that can help you build great learning courses.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

 The SCROM that they have in the courses do not work. I used several different ones for multiple courses not one worked. That was pretty frustrating for my students.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

Great product some of the modules glitch or won't work at all but it is few. Overall a great product if you're looking to create a training system for managers and our employees.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest business problem I am solving is creating a full management training course for my current and future managers.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

We looked at dozens of platforms, there are many around but none that met our list of requirements. We need a clean and reliable back end interface for quickly creating large courses and a friendly front end mobile app, unbranded and low cost in the beginning, with the option of branding a custom app later for a reasonable price.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

There have been some minor bugs relating to the display of Video with the iOS and Android apps, and the subscription functionality for users is a bit limited but these are minor things able to be overcome and have not been show stoppers at all.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

Definitely worth trying, we tested easily 30+ platforms and landed on Talent after eliminating each other platform with various criteria. We are very happy with the choice.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are reaching our Bodyweight / Calisthenics Fitness users with a reliable and user friendly mobile app. We have a clean back end for managing many large courses and the ability, from the app, to discuss and message directly with our users.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

I have found Talent LMS a very complete and rounded LMS, with great features. I placed 9 out of 10 because It lacked initially a couple of features that are very relevant to us, but that being said, they have been incorporated in the development backlog, which means that the organization is receptive to the needs of all users, not just the big ones. That to me is very important and recommendable

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

There are a few technical and specific items that could be better. Specially around the customization of branches. But if you dont have very complicated branding requirements, its perfect.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an alternative to our previous LMS, which started to give us some issues. Talent LMS gave us a very quick and professional way to update and we got many - simple - new features in the process. We now can do some stuff that were not previously available, so as a bonus we got to innovate our e-learning capabilities. My main take away is the simplicity of the platform in terms of UI but with all the important features available.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

TalentLMS is very easy to use, for the course designers and end-users. We continue to discover features that add to the learning experience. There are excellent self-help resources and technical support is available when it is needed. The "group" and "branch" features are excellent - it's nice to be able to do user bulk uploads and course registrations.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

Our subscription must be upgraded to access some very basic reports. Please provide the raw data we enter so we can query our own reports. 
We tried many times to schedule live webinars in the calendar, linked to Zoom,  with no luck. 
The benefits definitely outweigh the irritants!

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

E-commerce and "branches" were important features for us - TalentLMS has both. The price is great given the features that are available. 

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have converted some of our onsite training to eLearning so it is now available anytime, anywhere. We complement our onsite training with eLearning, quizzes,  and certificates from TalentLMS.

The platform is easy and flexible to use. The features and tools have been central to delivering our digital learning strategy for the last 4 years. Loved by our learners and clients.

Assessment and social capabilities a little limited in comparison to platforms like Learning Pool and Novoed

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

Great tool and perhaps the most undervalue engine out there in the marketplace. Reliable and delivers on its promises. Continues to evolve in small increments but heading in the right direction. Recommend using the platform for onboarding or creating microlearning sites to support specific learning initiatives.

Launched our learning academies in global locations and delivered learning to over 15,000 users. Helping us deliver our online capabilities.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

1. Highly user-friendly and intuitive interface. Learning curve is very short, and though I still figure out some things after couple of months, it felts very comfortable. 
2. Reactive support team! I love these guys, they are always there for me to help with any issues. 
3. Competitive price and monthly subscription both for registered / active users: Talent is flexible and affordable, and this is very important when you are only starting
4. Nice and minimalistic design 
5. Responsiveness - not only for users, but also for admins: I can adjust settings and content even on the go from my phone. 
6. Good course structure (possibility to divide your courses in chapters and sections)
7. Free access to shared courses without registration - it is a very useful feature
8. And many other things regarding customization, variety of settings and etc. 

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

1. Some important features are missing, like opportunity to sell courses in packages or to restrict time of the access for the whole group, and etc. The platform is powerful and flexible enough, but for some more complex scenarios (like Customer Training) you need more. 
2. Some features are located very non-obvious, so you can't figure it out without Knowledge Base. But thanks that it is written simple and clear. 

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

For complex B2B scenarios Talent can be not enough, but for more simple cases and for B2C e-learning it is an excellent solution: intuitive, friendly, including subscription model and possibility to integrate it with many third parties, supporting modern e-learning standards, and so on, and so forth. 

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are launching e-learning project from the scratch, so to proof our concept we were looking for enough powerful, but still affordable and very intuitive platform to start fast enough. TalentLMS provided us with most features we were looking for at the beginning and allowed to move very quickly.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

A lot actually. We have tested various LMS systems before deciding to use TalentLMS. I is very user friendly, offers a great support and documentation. The LMS also integrated third party software to make content offline and embed as Scorm perfectly. It is stable and the number of features is great. Certainly if you want to set up branches, using their own look and feel. Talent LMS offers a free version for unlimited time which gives you all the tools to set things up and test them.  

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

Nothing much but perhaps the options for customization of the homepage could be somewhat extended.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

It works on and offline and syncs when online again.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved our main questions. We wanted a LMS that would work online and offline and would synchronize between devices similar as eg. Netflix. And that is just what it does.

The system is very intuitive but most of al our account point of contact Angeliki has been incredible to work with making our overall experience excellent.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

TalentLMS has many useful features and is very easy to set up thanks to it's friendly UI. The support team is excellent and the price is acceptable (paid plans) compared to other cloud based LMS solutions. It has a very good knowledge base and the platform features are very well documented.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

There are a few odd translations from English to Portuguese  (which is the language I'm using) but this is not a big deal, and I think TalentLMS would be even better with a more robust question database for tests.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm still configuring TalentLMS to support an on-line Corporate University (UCM - Universidade Corporativa Módulo) with training videos and other contents to help people to do their jobs better, and I'm already using TalentLMS to provide on-line training for engineers and salespeople at a solar energy company here in Brasil.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

One of the things I like the best is that it is both an LMS and a content creator.  I had a really hard time finding a program out there that combined both, as I was relatively new to the creating of digital training.  Their suite was super easy to use which has helped us in training such a remote and spread out team!

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

Our company does not make use of individual accounts when logging into our computers, so we are not able to integrate into TalentLMS for single sign on, so for me, it's really just the extra steps of adding and deleting users while other LMS programs integrate with HRIS programs like ADP.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

I would recommend trying it out as a pilot, and really getting a feel for the time commitment it takes to keep on top of the updating if you are in a dynamic industry like retail.  

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have 40 different locations all throughout the state, so for us the challenge has always been ensuring consistent training across all the locations.  Creating training videos and presentations helps to ensure that every employee is aware of how to do things, what our policies are, what benefits are available to them, and more.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

They have a solution for everything I throw at them, no matter how crazy my request. They have created a website that far exceeds what their rivals' options without killing our budget. TalentLMS has opened up many more doors for our company to expand with training.  

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

The reporting can be improved to pull statistics that would meet an ISO 9001 company's standard metrics reporting. Also, other options, such as bar charts, could be more meaningful to auditors without having to stare at the report for long. 

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

TalentLMS team doesn't incorporate certain features on purpose to keep their program easy-to-use. All the features they offer meet with what my company was shopping for, so this doesn't in any way limit their product. However, when you are shopping around, be sure to evaluate your expectations against their demo to ensure that they provide everything that you need. 
For their cost, they still offer a great interface, friendly support, and all the bells and whistles that look impressive when we get audited. 

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to train in all of our branches without physically being present. The history of the training is all tracked, and we can see the before/after success to show our auditors.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

I have explored many LMSs over the years.  Talent LMS provides simplicity, with robust features, reporting and ease of content creation.  I have recommended it to many of my clients, as well as using it for my own classes.  I monitor user feedback and I have found they are very satisfied with the clean, well-organized interface.  It's my favorite.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

Any LMS, with features that we need, will have some complexity.  It can be hard to find reports, features, tools... the first time.  But I have found the technical support documentation and email support to be very helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

Adopting an LMS is a very important decision for any organization.  Don't jump into it.  I have see many organizations get "STUCK" with an LMS, because they took a sweet deal to adopt it, before understanding how it would be used in their organization.  Then it is very difficult to change.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently (at least under my plan) the video sizes are limited.  I have had some videos rejected, however when they are encoded at a lower level, they are easily uploaded.  It would be helpful to expand the video size, perhaps for other subscription levels.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

We found that TalentLMS provides users with a a clean, easy-to-use interface with few onscreen distractions. The ability to upload SCORM compliant content means that we have much greater control over a user's progress than linear video-based material would afford. 

The added features of Groups, Discussions and Conferences (still coming to grips with the Conferences bit) mean that a we can engage more with our users and they with each other, helping to reduce the feeling that they are learning in a vacuum.

Lastly, being able to set-up a separate section for a corporate client (using the Branches feature) was a bonus that is proving much more successful than we had first imagined.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

Being able to create logged-out home pages, including custom pages for branches, is a great feature. However, the pages are very bland and the level of control over the content and layout of them is extremely limited. 

You can add Css & JavaScript, although we've no programming experience to use this feature. You can also link to an external URL although we have yet to experiment with this.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

Start with a list of features that you MUST have, rather than measuring potential suppliers on their features-list. Then check how well those suppliers meet your needs. We found that a few suppliers, who looked impressive, failed to address our key needs (like SCORM compliance).

It's tempting to want a flashy animated LMS but feedback from our users on our previous system showed that what mattered most to them was ease-of-use and a clean, helpful interface.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having used a number of LMS based training systems (including custom developed ones) we switched to TalentLMS because it offered the features we wanted, was fully GDPR compliant (we're based in Europe) and has proven to to be easiest, most stable platform of all those we've evaluated.

Deploying content (PowerPoint, Word docs, PDF's and of course SCORM) gise us great flexibility over the presentation of our training materials.

The LMS is easy to learn and use.  As someone who didn't even know what an "LMS" was before I thought it might be hard. When I started back in 2016 working with it, it proved me wrong.  Setting up our courses was really quick. I like how you can get a lot of visual statistics about your users. Really helps to track your users progress.
Also -constant improvement. Been working with this LMS for 4 years now and it just keeps getting better. Not just once in a while.  Knowing that updates and improvements are planned, scheduled and rolled out constantly makes you feel that developers are right there and got your back.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

Specific request fulfilment. Even though if it's something small they might implement it, but sometimes we need very specific options or tools for our clients, that are not delivered. New options and improvements are rolled out by what the whole LMS community votes on as needed most.  That can sometimes suck when your ideas and needs won't be prioritized, which is understandable but seems as a shortcoming in specific situations.

TalentLMS is the most user friendly LMS I have ever used.  I have been an LMS Admin for 3 different LMS's, but nothing compares to the ease of use that TalentLMS offers.  You can still do most of what you need to, including gamification, creating courses, SCORM uploading, and reporting.  It takes little to no training to become an expert.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

The ability to customize to exact specifications is a little lacking.  For example, at previous companies I was able to customize and edit code to create something I needed, like add a pop up video when users log in.  Essentially, TalentLMS comes how it comes.  You can still do 99% of what you need it to do.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

If you are a small, medium, or large business with standard training needs, TalentLMS is one you should highly consider.  Not only is it very economical, your needs will be met.  This software definitely pays for itself in the long run.

The ability to get reports that are readable for my coworkers.  I can read reports from an LMS, but some supervisors who have little experience with LMSs don't know what they are looking at.  I can also walk someone through how to do something over the phone, whereas, other LMSs are so vast and confusing that you really need to see the screen.  Essentially, the benefit is that I am able to spend more time designing and content creating, and less time with administrative functions. Time is money.

There are many thing that I like but I like best that you can customize messages sent to student. I like being able to add details about who the message is being sent to because that make it more formal; so I love that TalentLMS allow me to do that. I love that updates get sent to users as courses are added or assigned to them. The Ecommerce feature is a great addition, I would love to be able to use it more and I see that my company will use it in the future.

If I must dislike something, which is very minor, I dislike the certificate customization. I would like add more fields to the certificate.

The problem I'm solving with TalentLMS is my companies ability to provide training remotely. Providing lecture training online (sometimes before hands-on training is completed at our facility) gives our customers a great advantage when learning on the worksite. We are including some online courses as a prerequesite to attended in-class lecture training so that the student are more familiar with what they will learn in the classroom. Also, this platform allows us to remotely provide refresher training where hands-on assessments are not required.

Very, very easy to use. You don't really even have to have much experience to get going. Options are very configurable and it is easy to make it feel like your brand.

No...Absolutely NO phone support. Email and knowledgebase support only. This isn't bad, but it can make more in-depth needs like SSO and so forth more difficult. Also, we had to have a programmer learn SAML 2.0. Its the only SSO they offer. 

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

I would recommend having an experience LMS Admin for this tool, someone who has worked with at least some cloud-based LMS before. Out of the box, it is pretty user-friendly, but you will need to have a good IT group that doesn't mind emailing with their support for things like SSL and SSO.

We didn't have to develop our own LMS, and we've been able to build both external and internal content very quickly.

The biggest problem our employees had in the past was access to the training.  They now can take any of our online training courses 24/7 as long as they have an internet connection or a smartphone. It's simple-to-use, yet powerful LMS. This LMS so powerful and simple to use that we can do whatever we want with reporting, creating course, create users, restrict users, integrate APIs, customise very simply. Like a piece of cake.

Another advantage is the convenience. It saved tons of time for the creation, designing and administration a LMS compared with doing it all ourselves. When I say tons of time, I really mean it. You would never image how time flies when you indulge yourself into the creating, designing and administrating e-learning courses. And the result when you do it all by yourself? Kinda awkward.
Even when we tried other LMS providers, the experience was not comparable to Talent LMS. Thus, we decided to use it and considered Talent LMS as top service provider in the field of elearning LMS.

Though it has lots of advantages, it still not applicable to large-scaled organizations with thousands of employees.

The chat support. The learner experience is also good, but the instructor and SuperAdmin profiles get to be complicated when you dig into customization/permissions, especially when you have several branches

Having to switch from SuperAdmin to Instructor constantly to edit courses, etc. SuperAdmin should encompass all of those functionalities without it switching my views/dashboard/navigation. This platform definitely has a learning curve - it appears straightforward but it isn't. The custom reporting is great once you understand how to use it, but there is a learning curve.

The two standout features of Talent LMS are its ease of use/intuitive UI and its strong support model.  As a quasi-technical business leader, I found that I was able to rapidly understand and implement the LMS but also quickly delegate ownership to one of my staff once I had fully vetted it. 

I found that their support model - both in terms of a comprehensive knowledgebase and user guide, as well as highly responsive email-based customer service were also easy to use and highly effective at rapidly addressing our internal questions and those we received from clients.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

I did not find many downsides to using the platform.  There are some wonky displays if you don't select 'pop out' on an uploaded training from Articulate and I wish you could design certificates within the tool, but those are minor criticisms relative to the feature set.

**Recommendations to others considering TalentLMS:**

I would take a look at this solution first, particularly if you are SMB.  I am sure there are many of solutions out there with sophistication and complexity, however I found Talent LMS to deliver exceptional value for what it does and how it is designed.

We were looking for a turnkey LMS to simplify distribution of training for our clients both within engagements and as a standalone offering - with varying requirements for 'e-learning' and true LMS level capabilities using SCORM compliant packages, etc.  We found this solution could run the entire spectrum with a smartly designed solution that is both highly configurable and yet very simple for non-technical resources to use and operate.  As the business leader owning the product, I also found the pricing model to be reasonable and amenable to using this as component of our overall offerings without breaking our pricing and revenue models.  

I have been able to delegate out the day-to-day operations without concern and without extensive training of my staff, and thus far our clients have similarly been able to readily and easily use the system.

do not underestimate the time it takes to plan out your courses as well as make the content, it is a platform with the right tools to make courses but it won't teach you how to write good content. and content is king. This LMS is easy to use and gives me the chance to manage different regions at one time. I've been using it for three years now and I haven't experienced any major problems. The help that Talent LMS offers on-line is effective and fast. I am completely satisfied and my participants, who are not always good with technology, manage to go through the steps easily. I can easily add a classes and send them to the participants.

The fact that I can't download the projects from a participant when I am in the report section. Having all the project at the same place is useful but it would be better if we could also download the document from there. It would be less time consuming for me. The mailing is sometimes hard to use for the participants that are not use to computers.

I can manage the training of people all around the country and also easily keep in touch with my counselors. The system is easy to understand and to explain to my team. I can personnalize my page and add my logos. It is also easy to work with Articulate 360 with this LMS.

The thing I like the most is that we're able to offer and access the courses through the mobile app. That's a huge differentiator for us, considering the fact that most LMS platforms that have the same price-range as Talent, doesn't offer this feature.

The integrations with Payment Gateways is not very good/robust for us here in Brazil. Maybe we'll have to integrate Talent manually with other gateways that give us more flexibility in our forms of charging our customers (like subscription models, etc.).

It's a great platform that fulfills it's purpose. It ain't the best or most robust in the market, bur for the fees that it charges, Talent LMS delievers a great and customizable product, that I believe is one of the best of it's niche and price range. If you need a customizable LMS platform that is not that complex or robust, but is intuitive and has a fair price, Talent should certainly be considered as one of the best options that you'll have. The challenge that Talent is helping us with is the following: We need to offer paid courses to our clients and followers. That's a new product that we're launching (an advanced sales training platform). The benefits of using Talent is that it's the most customizable platform that I could find, within that price range. It was a very good choice, since we still don't have a big budget for this project yet, and we need some robustness and flexibility even though.

Talent LMS is easy to use for any HR professional, not just those who have expertise in developing training.  In addition to developing new courses, it was easy to take content we already had stored elsewhere and turn it in to training that we could track.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

There isn't a lot of functionality around assigning courses as "due" and tools for auditing if the courses that are "due" have been completed.
For example, we have a safety training that needs to be completed within the first week and then completed on an annual basis thereafter.  There is still a fair amount of manual follow up that goes in to making sure the course is completed.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending a lot of time manually tracking training completion and having TalentLMS in place has completely eliminated the need for that.

Within minutes of accessing my test database during my exploration I was almost sure TalentLMS would be the one.  The cleanliness, simplicity and feature-fullness of the product is what stands TalentLMS apart from the others.

With it's simplicity does come with a lacking of some niceties, such as the ability to import some things, default settings for other things, and it's strange reporting.

The implementation, customer service, and sales teams are very responsive as well. We were able to just call them up when we had a question.

**What do you like best about TalentLMS?**

I did a considerable amount of research during my selection processes. Among other things, I was looking for a solution that was affordable, scalable, easy to use, that included features like e-commerce, white label and branding capabilities, pleasant user interface, scorm/xAPI compatible, automated notifications, and calendar for managing live sessions. Talent LMS has all of that an more. This is the most comprehensive solution at the lowest price point that I could find. They offer pricing options for those just starting out, and they make it easy to scale as you grow. There was one other contender which blew Talent LMS away on price. That solution was a flat lifetime cost of about $400 for unlimited domains and extensive customization capabilities. Why didn't I go with them? Because I quickly realized that time is money. That solution was so cumbersome to get up and running and to maintain that the system itself was a deterrent to my business plans. With TalentLMS, you'll be up and running in hours rather than weeks or months. It is so easy to use and very intuitive. All future upgrades are handled by them and at the end of the day, my business is providing training solutions, not inventing the next custom LMS solution. My time is valuable and that's why I chose TalentLMS and have not regretted it.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

What's the catch you may be thinking. In one word "Support". Their tech support is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. First off there is no support other than email. They claim you have a "Success Manager" but they will quickly let you know that the Success Manager can provide no assistance of a technical nature.  The Success Manager is basically standing ready to service your need to upgrade or make additional purchases. Not sure if the people answering the tech support emails speak English. The transcripts from any of my attempts to communicate via email could become classic examples of circular reasoning. They will not speak with you on the phone, no matter how important you think your issue is, or how convoluted the email chains get. They will email you back and forth for weeks and repeat their statements over and over despite your trying to communicate that their responses demonstrate that are not even understanding what your issue is. Basically, my advice is to do yourself a favor and don't even try to get any type of tech support. The beauty of this system is that it so intuitive and stable that you really shouldn't need support. The entire system it is extremely well documented. They do a great job and providing tons of useful information in their knowledgebase and tutorial videos. So there, you've been warned. If you have a prescription to Valium you may need to pop a few before venturing into circular reasoning hell that they call tech support.

**What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, were it not for sub-standard tech support I would be giving TalentLMS all 10's in every area. I really believe that with their solution and the substantial time savings they provide due to the ease of use, I'll be able to grow my training business rather quickly. They do continually make improvements, so I can only imagine what wonderful features and solutions are in store for the future. TalentLMS  is one of the best choices I've made for my business and I would recommend to any business in need of a learning management solution whether large or small.

TalentLMS is an easy-to-use cloud LMS that uses your time effectively and maximizes training results. To achieve this, much of the decorative aspects have been limited, but often unnecessary in terms of functionality. An aesthetic integrity has been applied in the presentation of the content and the reuse of existing training material has been emphasized: as videos, presentations, documents or Scorm / TinCan files.

You can start working with TalentLMS in a few minutes, as it is a very intuitive platform. The content is visible in a single view for the student, as well as integrating the payment system of the LMS. As for the tasks of the Platform administrator, they are quite simple, allowing the essential functions for this purpose.

**What do you dislike about TalentLMS?**

The access route could be improved when a person is interested in paying and attending an offered Course. Currently, the person can click on the course on the TalentLMS home screen. This screen takes you to the self-registration option. Once the user is registered he/her is taken to the catalog of all the courses. It would be ideal to take it directly to the payment page of the course. If the user self-registers in a course it is because he is interested in that course, being able to avoid a page of catalog that seems that it is not necessary.

Try first and consider adapting to it. This will save a lot of time.

We very much appreciate the userfriendly and intuitive format of Talent LMS. In addition it's easy to build courses and administrate course participants. Support provides quick feedback and great tips and solutions for problems we encounter. It's also very useful that Talent LMS has native apps ready to install, as for example Paypal and Zoom.

We're a business with spesiffic needs in terms of customized use of the system. We would appreciate to be able to customize the system even more than what is possible today. We for examlpe need to be able to send out notifications triggered by other events than what is possible today.
