What do you like best about TalentLMS?

I appreciate that there is a free version of the software. Whilst it is quite basic and the customisation on the free version isn't massive, you can still create a good learning tool that provides all the information someone would need - and for free I can't complain! What do you dislike about TalentLMS?

The fact that I can't change things like font type frustrates me sometimes. I would rather be able to change font size than be given the choices of headers etc to choose from. I also wish you could add things like shapes and arrows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a learning tool that allowed us to standardise processes and that people can read through in a specific order, which TalentLMS has enabled us to do. Firstly by being able to create an order to the processes, and also by not allowing people to move on until specific things have been completed in any given section. While creating course content, you can customize your text by choosing from a variety of Font families and header styles. This enables you to format your learning materials to your liking and to make your courses more in-line with your organization's branding.
