"From Courses to Confidence: How TalentLMS Transformed Our Training"

What do you like best about TalentLMS?

What I like best about TalentLMS is how easy it makes organizing training and keeping everything in one place. The interface is straightforward, making it easy for our training team to manage courses and for learners to navigate their learning paths. We can add assessments, track completion across teams and markets, and give learners the flexibility to work through content at their own pace.

TalentCraft is a particular highlight, helping us create interactive modules much faster and reducing the time and resources needed for content development. Being able to translate courses into the languages we support helps us deliver consistent, accessible training across our teams. The AI Playground is another valuable addition, giving learners a space to explore and practice using AI.

From an ROI perspective, the biggest benefit is the time saved on creating, updating, and translating training. Having these capabilities within one platform simplifies our workflow and helps us respond more quickly to changing business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TalentLMS?

I would appreciate more flexibility in course design and customization, particularly in TalentCraft. It helps us create content quickly, but having more control over layouts, branding, and interactive activities would allow us to tailor the learning experience more closely to our needs. More options for scenario-based exercises would also help us move beyond knowledge checks and give learners more opportunities to practice real situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TalentLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

TalentLMS helps us address several training challenges: creating content quickly, delivering consistent learning across languages, and helping employees apply what they learn before handling live customer interactions.

With TalentCraft, we have significantly reduced content development time and lowered costs associated with traditional authoring tools. AI-powered translation helps us quickly localize courses into service languages such as German and French, making training more accessible while reducing our reliance on localization resources.

Using RolePlay AI within TalentLMS Learning Playground, learners can practice realistic customer conversations through chat and voice simulations, receive immediate AI-generated feedback, and repeat scenarios in a safe environment. This helps them identify areas for improvement and build confidence before supporting customers.

Combining these tools with structured onboarding, microlearning, and coaching allows us to support the full learner journey. For our training team, this means faster delivery and more time for targeted support. For learners, it means more accessible training, personalized practice, and stronger readiness for their roles.
