What do you like best about Talecto?

Talecto has completely changed how we handle recruitment at Skilltailor. The AI interview assistant is a game changer, it suggests follow-up questions in real time and scores candidates during the interview itself which saves us enormous time. The candidate pipeline is clean and easy to manage across our team. What impressed us most is the built-in onboarding module, we no longer need a separate tool for onboarding new hires. The bias detection feature is something we have not seen in any other ATS and it helps us keep our hiring process fair and consistent. What do you dislike about Talecto?

We would love to see a mobile app in the future to manage candidates on the go. Also more integrations with HR payroll systems would be a great addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talecto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Talecto we were managing candidates in spreadsheets and scheduling interviews manually which was time consuming and error prone. Talecto centralised everything in one platform, from job posting to onboarding, eliminating the need for multiple tools. The AI screening saves us hours every week by automatically ranking candidates based on skills and experience. The team collaboration features mean everyone involved in hiring has visibility on the same pipeline which has improved our decision making speed significantly.
