What do you like best about Takkada?

I love that with Takkada, my salesmen can now book orders directly from their phone while they are in the market, which saves significant time as they no longer have to return to the office for manual entry. The invoices are sent automatically to the customer via WhatsApp when posted, removing the need to do this manually. Payments made by UPI update in our system automatically, keeping our books current without extra work. I appreciate that I can see my total receivable and payable right from my phone, without needing assistance from anyone in the office. I find it great that we were able to integrate Takkada without having to abandon our existing system, and because our customers already use WhatsApp, no additional training or app installation was needed for them. What do you dislike about Takkada?

Basically, I think the setup took a little bit of time and one screen was confusing in the beginning. Also, some report where I wanted is missing or the language that I needed wasn't in everything. But these are all small issues, like, not that much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Takkada solving and how is that benefiting you?

Takkada lets my sales team book orders directly from their phones, so there's much less manual entry at the end of the day. It also sends invoices to customers automatically on WhatsApp, and when payments come in they link back into Tally, so our books stay updated on their own. And I can track receivables and payables much more easily now — I just check it on my phone instead of asking someone. On the pricing side, honestly it feels worth it. What we pay for Takkada is small compared to what I'm already paying my salesmen every month. If it saves even a part of their time and gets my payments in faster, the cost is not something I have to think twice about. Overall it saves us a good amount of time and effort.
