Tailwind excels in streamlining content scheduling across platforms like Pinterest and Instagram. The SmartSchedule feature is particularly impressive, automatically selecting the best times to post based on audience engagement. I also appreciate Tailwind Create, which simplifies the process of generating visually appealing posts, saving me time on design tasks. One downside is that Tailwind currently supports only a limited number of platforms—primarily Pinterest and Instagram—which might not be sufficient for users managing a diverse set of social media accounts. They make it nearly impossible to cancel your account. You cannot remove your billing info, nor can you downgrade off of a plan that has a payment attached to it. Other than cancel my credit card entirely, I see no way to stop handing over money to these criminals. Do not use this company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tailwind is best for generating content for your marketing automation. It is straightforward to use. The UI is intuitive, and the calendar feature is outstanding. Copilot is very smart and gives good suggestions. The tools for social media management are fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I actually don't really use Tailwind for its primary intended purpose. Instead, I make the most of its AI Labs tool. This feature has a wealth of AI copywriting tools for a wide range of purposes, such as Pinterest titles and descriptions, and Facebook and Instagram captions. The pin designer did create some pretty pins for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I thought I had cancelled the service because it was not positiviely impacting my views but then I found out they charged me for another year. Talked to customer service about my concern and they said I was out of luck even though I wasn't actively using their service. It's also very challenging and confusing to cancel their service which I believe they do on purpose to keep customers.
Besides the bad service, the product is on the poorer side. The communities are very clicky and generally only share pins with a few other people. When someone did share one of my pins I believe it had zero impact on my page. I could be wrong but I feel like Pinterest was actually penalizing my page because I was posting with Tailwind. My Pinterest views almost doubled 6 months after I STOPPED actively using Tailwind which makes me think they were actually hurting my page.
Based on my experience this service is mostly smoke and mirrors and doesn't provide substantial viewership results to support its high price. If you try to cancel then you may get suckered into paying for something you don't want. I recommend promoting your pins directly through Pinterest instead of spending money on this product. I like that not only can I time my social media posts but I can also see my the display of the feed that will be displayed on IG. Easy to use and you can store lists of # for different types of posts. Smart bio link is very helpful to drive traffic off the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
