I love the ease of scheduling and their new Turbo Boost. I love that there is an Ai feature that helps write pin descrptions and titles **What do you dislike about Tailwind?** I'm not a fan of the auto pins it generates. **What problems is Tailwind solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is part of my marketing arm for my business. It allows me to create and build out an action plan for longs periods of time so I can set it and forget it . ### 2. For instance, I can batch-schedule Instagram and Pinterest posts, ensuring my audience sees regular, optimized content without needing to be online constantly. The SmartLoop feature is great for recirculating high-performing content, which increases visibility and engagement effortlessly. This saves me time and allows me to focus on creating quality content rather than worrying about manual posting​ ### 5. You cannot remove your billing info, nor can you downgrade off of a plan that has a payment attached to it. Other than cancel my credit card entirely, I see no way to stop handing over money to these criminals. Do not use this company. **What problems is Tailwind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tailwind does not solve my problem at all when the point of the product is to reach more potential customers, but then Tailwind takes the money I'd bring in anyways by refusing to allow me to cancel my account. ### 6. It is straightforward to use. The UI is intuitive, and the calendar feature is outstanding. Copilot is very smart and gives good suggestions. The tools for social media management are fantastic. **What do you dislike about Tailwind?** Tailwind has no such significant cons. But it lags behind features from other marketing automation or content tools. Sometimes it behaves miserably like if I signed in, why am I returning to landing pages? **What problems is Tailwind solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it as our social media management and marketing helper tool. Tailwind helps us manage our social handles and create and schedule marketing automation. ### 7. Instead, I make the most of its AI Labs tool. This feature has a wealth of AI copywriting tools for a wide range of purposes, such as Pinterest titles and descriptions, and Facebook and Instagram captions. These are a great jumping off point for writing excellent copy. **What do you dislike about Tailwind?** It could be due to the API, but its Pinterest analytics are fairly limited, so I tend not to use these. **What problems is Tailwind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its AI Labs tool is helping me increase my efficiency. As a SMB, this is hugely useful when posting at a high frequency. I have also seen greater impressions and saves on the Pins that have utilised the AI tool. ### 8. Talked to customer service about my concern and they said I was out of luck even though I wasn't actively using their service. It's also very challenging and confusing to cancel their service which I believe they do on purpose to keep customers. Besides the bad service, the product is on the poorer side. The communities are very clicky and generally only share pins with a few other people. When someone did share one of my pins I believe it had zero impact on my page. I could be wrong but I feel like Pinterest was actually penalizing my page because I was posting with Tailwind. My Pinterest views almost doubled 6 months after I STOPPED actively using Tailwind which makes me think they were actually hurting my page. Based on my experience this service is mostly smoke and mirrors and doesn't provide substantial viewership results to support its high price. If you try to cancel then you may get suckered into paying for something you don't want. I recommend promoting your pins directly through Pinterest instead of spending money on this product. **What problems is Tailwind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tailwind is looking to make Pinterest pinning easier and more effective. They make it easier to post pins but I do not believe they helped increase my page's viewership.
