I use TailorTalk regularly now and it's been a smooth experience. The interface is clean and easy to navigate. I find the bot replies to be good, and the overall technical setup is very user-friendly and easy to use. I particularly like the technical bot setup part, which helps me create a bot with some rules and regulations much easier than other platforms. It doesn't have an option to message a new number from our end, and sharing photos and tagging a particular message is not present. If it can be more aligned with WhatsApp then it would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
