What do you like best about Tail.ai?

First of all when i see this product i just see it can work any of the industries like sales, fashion, retain etc.

We just have to integrate with our application and that's all it works seamlessly.

Tail.ai chatgot really help us customers in non business hours to address queries. it is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tail.ai?

Nothing as of now but some times configuration part of tail ai is little bit difficult we can have more documentation to easily configuration with api our custom channel's etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tail.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we have Data analytic platform which contain lots of services so we integrate chat.ai bot now whoever user is using our platform if they have any queries they can simply ask to our chatbot which is tail.ai and tail.ai easily addressing all the queries which is really helping in our business and more customer easiness Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
