What do you like best about Taguchi?

What I liked most about the Taguchi platform is its versatility and efficiency. I loved how it simplifies and optimizes my marketing strategies, allowing me to create personalized and segmented campaigns quickly and effectively. What do you dislike about Taguchi?

Although Taguchi has many advantages, there are aspects that could be improved. In my experience, I felt that the initial learning curve can be a bit steep. At first, the platform can be somewhat complex to navigate and fully understand all its functionalities. Additionally, although it offers a wide range of tools, at times I would have liked to have more flexibility or customization in certain aspects of the campaigns. For example, in the adaptation of some templates. Despite these points, I believe that with time and practice, they can be overcome and the capabilities of Taguchi can be fully utilized. Some of the problems it solves are:
