"Streamlined Asset Management, Excellent Sharing Capabilities"
4/5
What do you like best about Tagbox?

I like Tagbox for its tagging feature that allows us to organize different package variations efficiently. It's great that files aren't confined to folders, so a single file can exist in multiple destinations and be updated universally instead of in multiple places. The ease of visualizing creative assets is a big plus, making it far superior to our experience with SharePoint. Being able to visually see our assets without opening each file is very handy, especially with digital creative tasks since we're heavily involved with packaging, ads, email marketing, and more. The visual library makes it easier to spot differences at a glance, streamlining our workflow. I appreciate how Tagbox's tag-based organization, supported by AI and manual fine-tuning, efficiently manages our large array of packaging types, sizes, and flavors, making asset searches easier in our Tagbox ecosystem. Overall, I'm really happy with Tagbox's features and how it serves as our one source of truth for creative content while offering a welcoming price point compared to others that bundle unnecessary features. What do you dislike about Tagbox?

I think some of the AI features could use more fine-tuning. It's difficult for the AI to accurately recognize text on images, especially within lifestyle images and videos. Even a human would find it challenging to look into an image with high precision for text. There's still some manual work involved on our end to double-check the AI text recognition because we have so much small fine text. Overall, I'm happy with Tagbox, but improving this feature would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
