What do you like best about Tagalys?

The staff and support team is amazing; any questions they are able to jump on and help immediately, and have a great knowledge of the platform and its capabilities. The platform is well structured and makes sense to look at. We also like the global score, which allows for a more custom merchandised solution based on multiple factors, compared to our previous merchandising solution which could only be ordered by one factor at a time. What do you dislike about Tagalys?

The product recommendations cannot be ordered by priority, so on our 'complete the look' we will see some products where we would rather see others if we could prioritise. The search sometimes produces interesting results, but we are still working out synonyms and some structures that are legacy imports from the old solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?

Search and merch is key, and it has been great for that. We also used to have custom 'complete the look' which Tagalys has been able to automate. We love the 'trending score' to ensure that we can give key characteristics an extra boost for a global rule (our previous search and merch solution could only sort based on one characteristic).
