From a company perspective, it seems an excellent tool as it helps the company be more organized and aware of who the people are working on any scheduled date. It allows the management to quickly identify the employees' whereabouts and approach them if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, I can't see a downside other than the time you need to log in to it. It would be better if there is some integration that it might have with other tools that are used to track the employee's login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
