Tactic was very easy to set up and implement, and it has helped us manage our shared workspaces effectively. The option to use Teams or a mobile phone made it simple to reserve resources, check in and out, and quickly see what was available. Setting up resources, such as adding or removing desks, has to be done through their support team, which is understandable since they need to configure the back-end reservation setup.
