There are multiple things which I like about Tacitbase sharing which I like most:

1. AI Job-post creation: We have to just provide prompt about the role and JD is created with AI and available for your review and posting.

2. Integration with multiple job post platforms: The hassle of posting job on multiple platform is completely taken by this feature which saves lot of time.

3. Branded Career page: All Job posting at one place, helps candidates to apply the position which they are looking for and more importantly it gets saved in corresponding talent pool for easy reference at recruiter side.

4.Scheuling the interview: Scheduling an interview is 2 minutes work. The candidate details are pre-populated and just interviewer details to be added.

5. Slack Integration - Slack notification for every update related to candidate, makes it very easy to keep track of in-progress candidates

6. Very good Customer Support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not find any downside or thing which I disliked about Tacitbase Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
