TABS3 still provides two rarely offered services:
1. An ON-PREM option
2. Live customer service - where you pick up the phone, call, and a real person answers your question...quickly and more importantly - accurately.
Not only is TABS3 a viable solution for legal billing, but it is a true accounting application. It's a great value for the money! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there's room for improvement with the Accounts Payable application. While you cannot change a posted item (nor should you have that ability), you should be able to at least VIEW the item once it is archived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you for your positive words about our high level of support – it’s something we take real pride in after 45+ years in the legal market. On Accounts Payable, you can view paid and posted invoices. Access the vendor in question, use the drop-down choice on the Reference field, select the record needed, and click OK at the bottom. As you stated, the fields aren’t editable, but it will display invoice information such as amount as well as the Additional Information and Payment Information sections. If that’s not what you need, please contact Support. They are happy to help and can submit an enhancement request if needed. Thanks again for your review!
