I've been using it for close to a year now, and it's been fun to watch the product mature - new features roll out, workflows get smoother, and it's clear the team is actively listening to feedback rather than letting the platform stagnate. Every now and then we've hit a one-off snag (as you do with any tool), but their support team has consistently been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful in getting things sorted, usually same day. I'm also excited about some of the newer automation features they've been rolling out, definitely on my list to dig into and offload some of our more repetitive invoicing, cash collection and revenue recognition tasks. A few things that could use some polish: we've run into occasional outages, which doesn't happen too often but could potentially be an issue if I needed to get an urgent invoice out. I'd also love the ability to export just my search results rather than being forced to export every invoice each time - a small thing, but it'd save a lot of time. Lastly, because of how tightly Tabs integrates with our other systems, there are some restrictions on making manual updates or edits, which can be a bit limiting when we need to make a quick fix on the fly.
