What do you like best about Systemware?

For nearly eight years, I've been part of this Systemware's journey, relying on a content management system. Their platform has significantly eased my work life and those of my colleagues, swiftly resolving any issues that arise. Recently, we encountered trouble pulling multiple documents simultaneously, but Systemware promptly introduced the Content Packager. It enabled us to select and download numerous documents into a PDF or zip file, proving invaluable for subpoenas and research requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Systemware?

What problems is Systemware solving and how is that benefiting you?

My biggest ask was for a way to pull all documents for a particular account when processing a research request. That need was solved with content packager. Being able to process large research requests with a few clicks allows my team to work on other projects and needs within our department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
