What do you like best about Synthesio?

A good tool for me is a practical tool. The easiness of use of Synthesio is different from other tools on the market, anyone with or without experience in social intelligence and social listening can use this tool and its ready-to-use features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthesio?

I think the drawback of Synthesio is the interface: you have to click and click and click to activate some features (for example, how to select a period, set it again when you leave the widget, etc). It's not such a disturbing element in itself, it's just that it can make the smallest tasks a bit tedious. The colors are also quite dull and the shapes very "blocky", everything is in the form of spaced gray "brick". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synthesio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Synthesio is in itself a very simple tool, with coherent functionalities. We understand what they are used for, what we can do with them and how to go further, when other tools are often complicated for not much. It helps me to move forward in studies and report without worrying too much about the queries, the set up, building a dashboard, etc. We can also test things, like topic modeling, classifiers, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
