What do you like best about Syntasa?

I use Syntasa to unify customer and business data from different sources like websites, mobile apps, and CRM systems into a single clean dataset. This helps my company get a full picture of customer activities. I really like that it aids in understanding customer buying patterns and predicting customer behavior. Syntasa is less technical and visualizes data faster, which is efficient for me because I don't have to spend a lot of time coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syntasa?

I think the onboarding process could be easier and navigating the platform could be improved. A stronger real-time collaboration feature would also be beneficial, so teams can share work progress and discussions inside the software.
