What do you like best about Synoptek?

The team has stayed remarkably consistent during my time with them. This has enabled them to develop a level of expertise surrounding my business that makes it much easier for them to understand my sometimes very complex requirements, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synoptek?

Oftentimes they will deploy a "fix" for an issue we have in our product, but the fix does not actually correct the issue. The most basic QA on the production server would have caught that the issue was not, in fact, fixed. This can cause a day of delay since we are approx 11 hours apart and only overlap for a few hours each morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Synoptek:

My advice is to strongly consider them. Make sure you have a team leader who speaks/understands your native language well as communication is critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Synoptek solving and how is that benefiting you?

About 10 years ago we outsourced most of our web and application development to Synoptek, and have been very pleased with the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
