The seamless integration of Synology Office Suite with our Synology NAS is the best feature for me because it give the team the complete control, security and privacy over our data, which is very vital for the team. The real-time collaboration allows our team members in editing the documents simultaneously without lags or delays.

One thing I dislike about Synology Office Suite is the mobile experience which feels less polished compared to the desktop version. Though it gets the job done, the interface could be more intuitive. Some features don’t translate as seamlessly to smaller screens.The suite occasionally lacks some advanced formatting or functionality found in other mainstream office tools, which can be limiting for more complex tasks.
